The first section is just nice and smooth, but the second section throws in this subtle little three-note square wave melody, that breaks up the main melody and resembles a gem sparkle, in my opinion. Furthermore, the third section does this double-hit square wave thing that kind of sounds like striking a hard, resonant gem-like surface.
