Holy shit that intro! Holy shit that break down *after* the intro!!
If there's one thing *Mega Man 4* does well, it's **not** sound like any of the other games. To me, this track is *the* poster child for "it's just a video game, they did not have to go this hard!"…but, lo and behold, **Minae Fujii** has no chill. And the *entirety* of 4 is like this, it's just that this particular track has the best balance in my opinion (followed closely by a Drill Man, mind you! 4 really does have some stand-outs…).
If there's one thing *Mega Man 4* does **not** do well, it's have songs that sound anything like the Robot Masters they represent. I'm not sure what a Pharaoh is supposed to sound like to be fair…but they must be some cool-ass motherfuckers if this is what we're going with! And really, do we need something more than that? Well…yes, you do, if you want perfect marks in the "intellect" category that is. And yet, here we are, in the top ten anyway, because this track just slaps so hard.
